The year 2024 will be a big year for K-pop rookie group Riize, according to Apple Music's prediction.

Riize was the only K-pop act among the five artists named on Apple Music’s 2024 Artists to Watch list, announced on Monday.

Bloody Civilian, Flyana Boss, Kenya Grace and The Last Dinner Party are the other artists named on the list.

Riize’s latest single, “Love 119,” was also included among 50 singles chosen for the “Shazam: 2024 Trend Playlist" announced by Apple Music and its music discovery app, Shazam, on Monday.

This annual playlist is made by Apple Music editors based on an analysis of Shazam's data and algorithms.

“As important as it is to go global and meet more Briize (fandom name), we want to be a band that gives people precious memories with good music for a long time. Dreaming big and growing as a band is our goal,” said Anton of Riize in an interview with Apple Music.

Riize, SM's K-pop boy group which debuted in September, quickly rose to stardom with its successful debut single, "Get A Guitar."
