The creative minds behind the highly anticipated sequel to hit Disney animation “Frozen” (2013) will visit Korea later this month.

Walt Disney Co. Korea on Monday announced that directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, producer Peter Del Vecho and animation supervisor Lee Hyun-min of “Frozen 2” will visit Korea from Nov. 25-26 to meet with fans of the film.

They are expected to take part in a press conference, a showcase and other events to promote the film, though details have yet to be confirmed.

“Frozen,” directed and produced by the same people, made $1.29 billion worldwide, becoming the highest-grossing animated film of all time before being dethroned by Disney’s “The Lion King” in 2019. It also won a number of awards, including an Oscar for best animated feature and best original song.

The movie was also the first animated film to sell more than 10 million tickets in the Korean box office.

Its sequel takes place three years after the events of the first film and follows the heroes’ journey to discover the origins of Elsa’s (voiced by Idina Manzel) magical powers and how to save their kingdom.

Most of the main characters from the first film reprised their roles, including Manzel, Kristen Bell as Anna, Jonathan Groff as Kristoff, Josh Gad as Olaf, and Santino Fontana as Hans.
