Macau Food Festival at Conrad Seoul

The buffet restaurant ZEST is presenting Macanese food from Nov. 7-16 with the Macau Government Tourist Office. The food promotion will offer Macanese dishes prepared by visiting chefs from Macau, who will also run egg-tart cooking classes on Nov. 10 and 15. The menu includes Portuguese suckling pig with orange, prawns with chili and Portuguese-style curry crab. Guests who upload photos of their food experience onto Instagram (instagram.com/conradseoul) will have a chance to win a roundtrip flight ticket to Macau, a two-night stay at Conrad Macao and a buffet voucher for ZEST at Conrad Seoul. The price for a weekday lunch is 65,000 won and dinner (Monday to Thursday) is 75,000 won. The weekend lunch is 80,000 won; the Friday and weekend dinner is 85,000 won. Autumn spa package at Grand Hyatt Seoul

Grand Hyatt Seoul is offering autumn spa package, which includes a one-night stay at a guestroom overlooking Mount Namsan, a spa treatment at The Spa, free access to the hotel’s swimming pool and 24-hour gym, and a 50 percent discount at the sauna. For the spa treatment, guests can choose between the French lavender body aroma therapy and the illumination vitamin C facial treatment. If the programs are not their preferred choices, guests can also take a 150,000 won spa credit. Guests receive a set of gifts after a spa treatment, including a set of herbal teas, healthy cookies and a Garden Spa music CD. Wine pairing dinner at Millennium Seoul Hilton

Millennium Seoul Hilton will offer a wine pairing dinner on Nov. 14 at its French restaurant Seasons. The dinner features some of the best wines from Chateau Puech Haut of Languedoc estate in southern France, including 2006 Clos de Pic, 2008 Roger Brut Rose (Magnum), 2012 Prestige Blanc, 2011 Prestige Rouge, 2002 Tete de Beller Rouge and 2007 La Quarantieme. The wines will be paired with contemporary French cuisine. A champagne reception will take place at 7 p.m. before the winemaker’s dinner. The dinner is priced at 220,000 won per person. ‘Winter warmers’ at Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel

Deli, located on the first underground floor of Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel, is offering winter desserts featuring seasonal ingredients. The new seasonal drinks are chestnut lattes and purple sweet potato lattes (5,000 won each) that offer comfort and relaxation in the cold weather of autumn and winter. New dishes are also available, including cinnamon pumpkin soup (5,000 won), macaroni and cheese with mushrooms (6,600 won) and cottage pie, made with mashed potatoes and beef (6,600 won). It’s all about steak at JW Marriott Dongdaemun

The JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul has invited chef Johan Svensson to host the BLT steakhouse’s weeklong “It’s all About American Steak!” promotion, where customers can enjoy true American-style steak until Nov. 12.

Svensson has created two special course menus: an executive menu that includes New York dry-aged sirloin steak and the signature menu that includes beef tenderloin steak with chimichurri sauce. Both selections include BLT’s signature popover bread on the side. BLT Steak -- the parent restaurant of JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul’s signature restaurant -- has been rated as one of the three best steak houses in New York.
