Thanksgiving roast Turkey at The Westin Chosun Seoul

Vecchia e Nuovo, the Westin Chosun Seoul’s Italian Bistro, offers the whole roasted turkey and Australian prime rib prepared with peppercorn sauce for Thanksgiving and year-end parties from Nov. 10 to Dec. 31. The essential Thanksgiving side dishes such as mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce will be offered with roast turkey with chestnut stuffing. Reservations should be made at least three days in advance. Delivery is available during November at an additional price. The price for a 6-kilogram turkey is 275,000 won and 297,000 won for a 7-kilogram turkey. Prime rib is at 72,000 won. Side dishes are available at 20,000 won for each. Taste of Hong Kong and Macau at Lotte Hotel Seoul

Lotte Hotel Seoul offers popular desserts from Hong Kong and Macau at its Pop-up Dessert Store from Oct. 31 to Nov. 13. Some of the popular dessert menus include the abalone tart, made according to the recipe of the Michelin-starred Lung King Heen in Hong Kong; the egg tart (2,300 won) and the walnut tart (2,700 won) of Lord Stow of Macau. The assortment of the abalone and walnut and egg tarts is available at 15,000 won during the promotion. The dessert promotion also introduces popular sweets of Korea, including the macaroon gelato (4,000 won each) and the red bean bread (2,500 won each), the signature red bean bread at Lotte Hotel Seoul. The hotel also runs a Gourmet Discovery promotion from Nov. 1-14, which offers discounts on dining at the hotel restaurants and gifts such as a bottle of sparkling wine and a chiffon cake. Traditional Korean liquor and dishes at Park Hyatt Seoul

The Lounge of Park Hyatt Seoul offers a table set of traditional Korean liquor and side dishes that used to be presented to royal families called “Juansang” until Dec. 31. Premium Korean liquors such as sogokju, chrysanthemum wine and wangju will be served with a sea bream tang and six kinds of assorted jeon (Korean pancakes). Sogokju of Hansan is known for its light-golden color and soft texture, a result of the long-term cold fermentation processed by artisans. The Chrysanthemum wine is brewed with chrysanthemum, dried Chinese matrimony vine and sticky rice. Wangju, registered as part of Korea’s national intangible heritage, has a sweet-and-sour taste and the scent of Oriental herbs. The price is 95,000 won for two people. Chinese business lunch at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul

The Chinese restaurant Manho at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul presents three lunch courses for business diners until Dec. 31. Drawing from Man Ho’s signature dishes, Course A (142,000 won) features fried rockfish with vegetables and XO sauce, sea cucumber soup and chicken stew with mushroom and ginseng. Course B (102,000 won) includes fried sea cucumber and scallops with black bean sauce, braised beef meatballs and steamed mero and tofu. Course C (77,000 won) has rockfish and tofu soup seasoned with fragrant coriander, chicken fried with chili, steamed oxtail, and egg sprinkled with seafood and scallops.
