Chuseok holiday feast at Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel

Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel’s buffet restaurant Feast presents Korean traditional Chuseok cuisine in celebration of the holiday from Sept. 7-8. The hotel chefs will present Chuseok holiday menus such as galbijjim braised beef rib, japchae noodles and various kinds of jeon pancakes. The dessert section will present a wide variety of traditional Korean desserts, including rice cakes, persimmon, soojeonggwa cinnamon punch and sikhye, a sweet rice drink. Guests who dine with their children can participate in the songpyeon rice cake making class. The lunch is 60,000 won and dinner is 80,000 won, including tax. Fall accommodation package at Renaissance Seoul Hotel

The Renaissance Seoul Hotel offers fall accommodation packages available on weekends from Sept. 7 to Nov. 30. The three types of “Falling in Love” packages include a one-night stay in a guestroom, the use of the indoor swimming pool and recreation center and a 50 percent discount on the sauna. Package 1, priced at 180,000 won, includes a one-night stay; package 2, priced at 230,000 won, includes a one-night stay, breakfast for two at Café Elysee and room service with red wine and an assorted cheese platter. Package 3, priced at 240,000 won, includes a pizza and two soft drinks delivered to the room in addition to benefits of package 2. The prices are exclusive of tax and service charge. Patz and Hall wine dinner at The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul

The Garden, the all-day dining restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul, hosts a wine dinner with Patz & Hall, a winery in California, on Sept. 12. The dinner offers a chance to taste seven wines from Patz & Hall, including 2013 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay, 2012 Hyde Vineyard Carneros Chardonnay and 2008 Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir. The wines will be paired with a six-course meal, including steamed sea bream with garlic cream sauce, hot French duck confit and U.S. beef tenderloin with lamb chops. The wine dinner will be held at the outdoor terrace of The Garden at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 12. The price is 200,000 won per person, including tax and service charge. ‘Japanese Delight Festival’ at Conrad Seoul

Conrad Seoul’s buffet restaurant Zest invites Japanese chef Katsuhiro Tamura of Conrad Tokyo to present his signature Kyo-Kaiseki cuisine during the “Japanese Delight Festival” from Aug. 22-30. Chef Tamura, decorated with a presidential award by the Japan Culture Foundation for his Kyo-Kaiseki cuisine, will present his signature Japanese course menus, which includes seasonal delicacies such as broiled eel, vinegared and pickled Pike eel, fried lotus root and burdock, beef sukiyaki, assorted seafood and vegetable tempura. The course menu will be followed by Japanese desserts including tofu cheese cake with Sake, black sugar panacotta and mozi. The price for weekday lunch is 65,000 won and 75,000 won for dinner.
