The Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital opened the “Heart One-Stop Clinic” inside its Cardiovascular Center on the second floor of its main building.
The center provides all examinations needed for diagnosis on the very day of the check-in: CT, 24-hour blood pressure check ups, angiography, ultrasonography among others.
On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, professors will be looking after the patients and on Thursday, visiting doctors will take the operations.
“It usually takes a week for the patients to get all the examinations, trotting from one exam room after another. The center has integrated all the necessary systems and facilities,” said Seung Ki-bae, head of the center.
